After we receive your deposit, you will get an official booking confirmation along with your finalized itinerary, vouchers, and all necessary travel documents. Our operations team will arrange all the necessary services and provide you with a detailed update within 2-3 working days once everything is confirmed.

8. Complete Final Payment and Prepare for Your Trip

Please make the remaining payment according to the agreed schedule before your departure date. Alternatively, you may settle the balance in cash at our office upon your arrival in Vietnam, either in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
