This island is situated on the south-west side of Ha Long Bay and in the middle of a narrow, rectangular area, with the all four sides enclosed by vertical cliffs. Ba Ham likes a private world in Ha Long Bay which still retains mystical beauty as well as pristine features.

To explore all the beauty of this island, visitors have to experience three large lakes connected by three door caves.

In Ba Ham, four sides are surrounded by the mountains. The space is completely quiet- only having the sound of birds singing combined with the paddles fluttering of the boat. Rowing or kayaking through dark caves, you can see beautiful stalactites hanging down in clusters with many strange shapes.
