VIETNAM SPECTACULAR 14 DAYS

Arrive at Hanoi airport. The guide will greet you with an Asia Pacific Travel sign at the exit. Transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to arrive relaxed. Welcome dinner featured a Vietnamese specialty. Overnight in Hanoi.

Morning visit to the Ethnological Museum (closed on Mondays) with more than 15,000 exhibits from all over Vietnam. The next stop is the Temple of Literature - the first university in Vietnam and at the same time a Confucian cultural center. Afterwards, take a walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. And then visited Ngoc Son Temple. After breakfast you visit the "Bay of the Descending Dragon" with its nearly 2000 islands and limestone cliffs, through the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay (from 5-6 hours). After lunch, return to Hanoi. Evening is reserved for the Water Puppet Show

Overnight in Hanoi (B, Brunch).

After breakfast, Transfer to the airport and flight to Hue. Flight VN 245 to Hue (12:20 am -13:30). Pick up then transfer to your hotel in Hue.  

In comparison with other ancient capitals in South East Asia, Hue city is the one that still preserves comparatively the intact appearance of a complex of the monarchic capital consisting of walls, palaces, royal tomb, etc. The Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945) had it urbanized and built in systematic, philosophical and abundantly artistic ways. Every year, Hue attracts a lot of tourists coming from all over the world. The most famous tour they often choose is to discover Hue which shows tourists not only special historical sites but also beautiful landscapes of the ancient city.

You take a trip to visit Hue City and Khai Dinh King’s Tomb: which is a blend of Western and Eastern architecture. It was built for the Nguyen Emperor Khai Dinh, the twelfth king of the Nguyen dynasty. It was built from 1920 to 1931 taking 11 years to complete. Overnight in Hue.

Boat ride on the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda (30 minutes), which is the oldest pagoda in Hue city.

Then visit Minh Mang King’s Tomb- the unique Imperial Tomb of the Nguyen Dynasty. Minh Mang Tomb is a complex of 40 constructions: palaces, temples, pavilions, etc. Many say that it’s a perfect combination of man-made and natural beauty in Hue, where architecture fits harmoniously into the surrounding landscape.

Afternoon, visit the Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945 

The tour ends by shopping at Dong Ba Market - Which is the biggest and most significant central market of Thua Thien Hue province and the adjacent regions. Overnight at a hotel in Hue.

After breakfast, Transfer to Hoi An with a stop at the 496 m high cloud pass, the weather divides between the subtropical north and tropical south. On this day you can still see the miles of Lang Co Beach and the Marble Mountains in Da Nang. Continue to visit Cham Museum in Da Nang and enjoy sea/sun bathing in Da Nang beach. Afterwards go to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.

In the morning, explore Hoi An, which is a city on Vietnam’s central coast known for its well-preserved Ancient Town, cut through with canals. The former port city’s melting-pot history is reflected in its architecture, a mix of eras and styles from wooden Chinese shophouses and temples to colorful French colonial buildings, ornate Vietnamese tube houses and the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge with its pagoda. the Japanese Bridge, Tan Ky Old house, Assembly Hall Chinese. Hoi An Museum and Market. 

Lunch at a restaurant and then drive back to the hotel. Overnight in Hoi An.

After breakfast, transfer to Da Nang airport for flight Nha Trang, the guide will welcome you and escort you to the hotel.

Above all, Nha Trang is about the beautiful turquoise water, nearby islands, and the best diving in the country. Nha Trang is endowed with deep, quiet and warm waters all the year round, surrounded by archipelagoes, islands, mountains and white sand beaches. The 7 km white sand beach of Nha Trang is often called Vietnam's Mediterranean Area. Nha Trang is sunny all year round, with an average temperature of 23°c due to northern winds.

The rest of the day is open for free sea bathing at Nha Trang beach. Overnight in Nha Trang.

After breakfast, Transfer to Cau Da port in the morning. The Oceanographic Institute near the Nha Trang Port is the first place to visit where you can see the full collection of sea creatures of Nha Trang bay before embarking & cruising to the islands. Many sea species of Nha Trang/Khanh Hoa province make a small ocean world there. Mun Island is the best island for snorkeling where you can see lots of colorful corals and fish. You will also be able to see caves in which the sea swallows make their nests from the boat. Then relaxing, swimming & doing water sports or other activities at Mot Island, Tranh Beach Island or on a small island called “Mini beach”. Taking a fresh lunch at the island or Con Se Tre village. On the way back you will visit a fishing village before going to the shore. Overnight in Nha Trang. 

After breakfast, leave Nha Trang to Da Lat - the charming city in Highland. The natural beauty also inspired Vietnam's last emperor, Bao Dai, to build a summer home in Da Lat in 1933. This original golf course has been redesigned and expanded to a plush 18-hole course, which consistently earns high ranks from international sporting magazines and draws golfers from all over Asia. The landway from Nha Trang – Da Lat (around 150 km) is very sight worthy and photogenic with pinewoods, farms of tea and coffee.

On arrival. Visiting the waterfall of Datanla, one of the most beautiful and imposing falls in Lam Dong and Truc Lam Zen Monastery on Phoenix Mountain, one of the most beautiful temples in Vietnam. Overnight in Da Lat.

After breakfast, visit the City Flower Garden for tourists to contemplate the glorious beauty of various types of flowers there, then visit the Former Palace of Emperor Bao Dai - The last Emperor of Vietnam. You have Lunch here. 

Afternoon, transfer to Saigon. You will pass through many immense coffee farms and rubber forests to reach Saigon. Arrive Saigon in the late afternoon.

Saigon - Ho Chi Minh city is famous, called “Little Paris” during the French War and “The pear of the Far-East” during the US war.

Check in Hotel. Overnight in Saigon.

After breakfast, the tour guide will pick you up at your hotel. Depart from Saigon to Cu Chi tunnels (about 50km). As you know, Cu Chi tunnels is one of the most famous historical Vestiges of Vietnam’s national liberation War. Its network consists of over 200km of tunnels linked to each other like a Cobweb. You go inside the tunnels which have the kitchens, food and ammunition storage caches, medic-care chambers (a small clinic), meeting room, commanding chambers,etc. You discover the tunnels by entering inside it, about 15 m, 30m, 60m and 100m long belong to your health. At the end of the tunnels, you can eat Cassava (called Khoai Mi), which was the main food for Vietcong people during the war.

Say goodbye to the Cu Chi tunnels, it takes you by car about one and half an hour to get back to Saigon. You have lunch in a nice restaurant.

After that, City tour of Saigon visiting Reunification Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral, Opera House, Central Post Office (an architectural masterpiece), and Ben Thanh Market. Notre Dame Cathedral, built between 1877 and 1883 by French, most of the materials were transferred from Marseille (France). Next to the Church, you walk to visit the Central Post Office, built 1886 and ended 1891 by Gustave Eiffel. Your next destination is Reunification Palace which was built in 1868, named Norodom Palace and inaugurated in 1873. In 1963, this palace was heavily destroyed by bombs. On 30 April 1975, the tanks of the liberation army entered Independence Palace. After the liberation, Independence Palace became the headquarters of the City’s military Administration Committee.

Before coming back to the hotel, visit ChinaTown and Thien Hau Temple. Overnight at the Hotel.

After breakfast, the tour guide will pick you up at the hotel. You leave Saigon to My Tho city, about 75km, 1h30 by freeway, this is the first freeway in the South of Vietnam. An unforgettable way of seeing the Mekong Delta is driving along the provincial Roads down on the Southern Region of Vietnam through the Paddy rice fields, orchards and small hamlets.

On arrival in My Tho city, you’ll take a local motor boat, cross the Mekong RIver. You enjoy fresh coconut juice on the boat. Your first visit at Unicorn island where you taste the natural pure honey bee, bee pollen and Royal jelly bee. Your second visit by boat is to Dragon Island where you can see how the local people make coconut candy. This is a special product in the Ben Tre province. Walking on the village, then you take the Horse Carriage about 1,5km around the village. Upon arrival at the Garden, you can eat the tropical fruits such as pine-apple, water melon, longan, royal bananas. You listen to traditional folk music, called “Cai Luong”. Next, you take a sampan, rowing boat by hand, about 2km, you can discover the rural daily life of local people inside the water coconut tree jungle. You have lunch in Turtle Island with the special food as the “Elephant Ear fish: ... ect. Conclude your tour of the Mekong with a stop at Vinh Trang pagoda, the largest and most remarkable pagoda in the delta. Return to Saigon. Overnight at the Hotel.
