Hoi An is surely the tailoring capital of the world with about 300 little shops crammed into its narrow streets - all selling more or less the same designs made from the same material.
The clothes shops in Hoi An make tailored clothes, you get measured for whatever garment you want, or have a copy made. You can collect the item within 1 day, have a fiting and go from there.

2) They are fast - from pointing out the material to an outfit in 8hrs.
3) They are good - you vaguely say what you want, they provide it that night, better than you could imagine it yourself, and perfectly fitting.
