From May 20 to 23, 2025, Asia Pacific Travel is honored to participate in IMEX Frankfurt 2025, one of the world’s leading MICE trade shows, with the goal of promoting Vietnam as a destination to international partners and fostering strategic B2B travel cooperation.

This year’s event will be held at Messe Frankfurt, a global hub that brings together thousands of event organizers, travel companies, and industry experts from more than 150 countries – opening vast opportunities for connection and growth for Vietnam’s tourism sector.

 Day 4: Tuesday, May 20, 2025 |  9:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Messe Frankfurt 

• Opening Ceremony
• 10:00 AM: Booth opening activities
• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Destination presentation & Lucky Draw at the booth 
• Activities at the booth (handing out hats, fans, etc.)
• Participate in trade sessions within the fair framework
• Meet with businesses according to appointment
  

Day 5: Wednesday, May 21, 2025 | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM | Messe Frankfurt

• Activities at the booth (handing out hats, fans, etc.)
• Participate in trade sessions within the fair framework
• 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Destination presentation & Lucky Draw at the booth
• Meet with businesses according to appointment

Day 6: Thursday, May 22, 2025 | 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Messe Frankfurt

• Activities at the booth (handing out hats, fans, etc.)
• Participate in trade sessions within the fair framework
• Meet with businesses according to appointment
• 12:00 PM: Delegation departs for Munich to prepare for the B2B program

Day 7:Friday, May 23, 2025  | Munich City

Tourism business networking program in Munich, Germany:

• 10:00 AM: Guest reception
• 10:30 AM: Speeches by representatives of the Department of Tourism - Vietnam Airlines and participating enterprises
• 11:00 AM: B2B networking session
• 12:00 PM: Lunch
