Epic Trekking Experience on Fansipan Mountain

19:00: Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi and transfer to the train station by private car.

Take the night train from Hanoi to Lao Cai. Night on the train. Soft sleeper. Cabin of 04 people/ cabin.

Arrival at Lao Cai Station in early morning, pick up by private car and transfer to Sapa town. Have breakfast (by your own cost). Relax before starting the visit Fansipan. The height of the mountain was 3,143 metres (10,312 ft) in 1909, but now the height of the mountain is 3,147.3 metres (10,326 ft). It is the highest mountain in the Indochinese Peninsula (comprising Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia), hence its nickname “the Roof of Indochina”. You will have lunch once we get back to the town. Then check in hotel ( Time for check in is 2:00pm).

In the afternoon, visit Cat Cat Village is located on the Muong Hoa Valley, this is the village of the H’Mong hill tribe. we can have a chance to visit a big waterfall on the stream and the old Hydro Electric Power Station built by the French here.

Overnight in Sapa.

You will begin trek on small trails down the Muong Hoa Valley toward Lao Chai village of Black H’mong ethnic people. Here we will discover their daily life and how they make traditional clothes, handicraft, indigo...We will visit the biggest valley which provides the best view for golden rice terraced fields in Vietnam. After Lao Chai we walk to Ta Van village of Giay people. It is a small group of ethnic people in Vietnam with a rich culture and beautiful houses located on rice paddy fields. Having lunch at a local restaurant.

Overnight in Sapa.

This morning, you will be free to explore at your own pace. You can wander around the town, have some coffee, or buy souvenirs—everything is nearby. After checking out of the hotel, having lunch at at local restaurant. Then back to Hanoi.

Essentials:

- Good hiking shoes (should be soft, well fitted and anti-slippery), thick socks.
- Warm jacket and pullover (air expected to be very cold), preferable with head cover
- Raincoat (big enough to cover you backpack as well), cap, glasses
- Flash light.
- Well-fitted gloves to help grab while trekking.
- First aid kit (aspirin, anti-biotic, salon pas, healing tape, energy pills...)
- Personal hygiene stuffs 

Optionals:

- Sleeping bag (otherwise will be provided on spot)
- Insect spray (not really necessary in this season)
- Protectors for knees and ankles- Whistle (to alert in case of emergencies)

- All belongings should be compact, light and just sufficient for the trek, avoid getting yourself suffering from the unnecessary burden
- Trousers' dressing should be loose to make it easy for long treks
- Always stick to the group or local porters in case of assistance, don't deviate.
- Keep a good stable pace, no need to rush in any case. If you are ahead of the group,
slow down and wait for the company.
- Always get yourself enough energy from the meals, particularly breakfast
