Thai Hoa Palace

Thai Hoa Palace is a palace located in the Citadel of Hue Citadel, where took palce the coronation of 13 kings of the Nguyen Dynasty from the Gia Long to Bao Dai.

It was begun to be built in 1805, symbolizing the power of the Nguyen Dynasty. Palace, along with the courtyard were used for important court meetings such as the Coronation ceremony, the king's birthday, the official reception of ambassadors and the great courts were held twice a month (on the first and the 15th lunar month).

Location : Phú Hậu, Thành phố Huế, Thừa Thiên Huế.
